What better way to end this year’s Weekly Wishlist series than with a burst of colour?! Party dresses have been out in full force over the past few weeks – which I hope you have all been loving – but I did want to touch upon another firm favourite of mine that would work equally as well for your festive events: the power suit!

The power suit is a wardrobe staple which I have recommended time and time again (and will continue to do so!). This Alex Perry structured blazer and pant set immediately caught my eye, though admittedly these tones are hard to miss ;). I’d style it with hot pink for a fun, statement look. Amina Muaddi has released a pink version of their popular ‘Gilda’ embellished sandals and I’d also add this patent Eera bag to tie everything in together. Alternatively, you could style this with a crisp white bralette and silver accessories to let the suit do all the talking.

The countdown to Christmas has officially begun with only a few days left until celebrations are in full swing! This time of year is all about spending your days with loved ones, enjoying delicious food and of course getting some much-needed rest at the end of another (slightly different) year.

This morning I headed back to Hamburg ready for the Holidays and spent the plane journey working on some new blog posts for you guys. For this week’s Friday faves, I thought I’d share some great knitwear picks which not are not only cosy but are also elegant and stylish; perfect for this time of year.

To kick things off, this gorgeous roll-neck jumper by The Frankie shop caught my eye as I love its lemon colour and I think it would layer perfectly with this Stand Studio Trench coat. This trench is a real statement piece thanks to its unique colouring, dropped shoulder and epaulettes detailing; it’s perfect for brightening up any winter wardrobe.

I’d style these pieces with sweatpants for running errands but would swap to a pair of high-rise patent effect Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini shorts if I wanted to smarten things up. With the shorts, I’d also add some fun tights as there are so many cool monogram options out there at the moment which would enhance the look even more. To finish things off, just add some stylish knee-high boots as these are very on-trend this season, I love the shape of these Saint Laurent ones.
