Happy Friday loves! Now that I’m in full-swing work mode after a whistle-stop trip to Austria with lots more exciting projects planned, I’ve been thinking about how to harness the inspiration and energy from my holiday wardrobe and apply it innovatively to this little limbo period between summer and autumn. The weather in Hamburg is so unpredictable at the moment so I’m having to really plan things out and create some smart multi-seasonal outfits.

For this week’s Friday faves, I’ve put together a look centred around these sophisticated tailored cream pants from Joseph and a double-breasted blazer by Frame, two of my go-to brands for city life staples. I’d complete the look with this lovely Magda Butrym cashmere top as I’m a huge fan of ribbed knits – which you may have noticed as I’ve gotten so much wear out of my Khaite bustiers this year.
While these pieces can be worn whatever the weather, I feel like the neutral oatmeal and taupe tones are particularly nice for the summer months, especially when you add a few splashes of colour. Infusing this look with pops of yellow would keep things nice and fresh (after all, what says summer more than sunshine tones?) so I’d add this chain detailed bag from Kara and strappy Bottega Veneta sandals as the final touches.
