Happy Friday Loves!

As our getaway is slowly coming to an end, I wanted to share my final Friday favourites: Ibiza edition. I hope you have enjoyed this little curated series so far. I’ve mentioned a few times how much I rely on a simple oversized shirt while away on holiday as it’s the perfect, easy cover-up. Though I often opt for classic white shirts, I really love this light blue option by Anine Bing and think it would look great a crop top, straight leg cropped jeans and mules or flat slides.

Jade swim has some really chic swimwear this season and this vibrant blue set is so lovely and vibrant. I thought the bikini top would also work well with a pair of relaxed denim shorts. This Citizens of Humanity pair is one of my favourites – the distressed frayed hem definitely suits the laid back Ibizan vibe.

Enamel jewellery is fast becoming a hot trend in the jewellery world with so many designers experimenting with colour in their collections. I’d recommend these cute little hoops by Fry Powers as a starting point as they’re fairly understated but add the perfect amount of playfulness to any outfit.

With a blue mood emerging, I couldn’t help but throw in another colour and so I’ve introduced a sunny yellow tone to the outfit courtesy of my Bottega mesh heels and pouch bag. Yellow always brightens my day and looks even better with a tan!

It’s time for another roundup of the top pieces on my wishlist this week! I’ve been enjoying an earthy-toned, green colour palette over the past few days(you can check out this week’s Monday update for even more on this).

One of my favourite finds has been this green Oséree bikini. I love this swim brand as they have such a vast range of pieces from high-waisted bikinis to cover-ups, so you can always find something flattering to suit your needs. Their metallic green style is also available as a swimsuit, though I’d gladly wear it as a bodysuit as the quality of the fabric is amazing. Plus, I think it would look great paired with some By Aylin Koenig relaxed shorts or Raey Denim shorts. This Amina Muaddi lime bag would also complement the look nicely and is more spacious than you might think, so you could easily fit in your beach day essentials such as these chic cat-eye Loewe sunnies.

The days can get really hot in Ibiza and I always try to keep my face protected from the sun so I have a few hats on hand! Bucket hats are great options as they tend to have a wide brim which offers more shade and they don’t fall off as easily as straw hats so are better for breezy beach or boat days. I really liked this crochet-detail hat from Rag & Bone which would look great styled with a basket bag, another timeless summer staple. I’ve been using this Loewe Raffia bag so much but I have also included some other options for you at the bottom of this post. 🙂

To complete this casual summery look I’d add comfy slides like these ones from Jimmy Choo, as well as a versatile linen halterneck from Staud.

Happy Friday loves! Here is a little Friday round-up of my faves this week 🙂

Whenever I head off on vacation I’m always chasing the sun and that healthy golden glow. This year, I’ve found that lemon and lime really complement that sunkissed look, plus they’re incredibly on-trend at the moment. To give you some ideas on where to start, this Velvet dress is the perfect day dress for exploring or even just for a spot of alfresco dining and I think it would look amazing paired with these cool padded Yume Yume sandals.

As you may have noticed, I’m a big fan of the Balenciaga hourglass bags and their neon mini styles are ideal for travel, especially for the evening time when you don’t want to be carrying around too much. Again, I’ve opted for the lime version in keeping with this week’s colour palette but the pop of colour would work nicely with any holiday wardrobe as it can be added to neutral looks or chic white linens (you don’t have to stick with green for this either if you prefer another option, the purple is also stunning!).

Naturally, swimwear is crucial to consider when it comes to holiday packing and I’m always after flattering styles to lay by the pool in – after bags and shoes, I think swimwear might be my most-purchased pieces! One of my current favourites is this sorbet coloured Jade Swim top and bottom bikini set, but I have also included plenty of other suggestions in my recent packing essentials post (linked here) in case you need any more inspo. <3

We have been having a wonderful time in Ibiza so far, eating lots of delicious food and unwinding on this beautiful island. Though the sun seems to be hiding from us this week, we aren’t wasting a single second as we still have plenty of projects to work on while we’re here and also wanted to share some pieces for this week’s wishlist: special Ibiza edition!

I’m sure it won’t come as a surprise that there’s a little Jacquemus feature but I felt had to include them as I feel like they really do offer some of the best summer staples! These colourful pink shorts and orange bralette are exclusive to MyTheresa and are ideal for both pool day or dinner date. I tend to always take a white shirt on holiday with me as it’s so easy to throw on over a bikini and effortlessly works as a cover-up if there is a cool breeze in the evenings. This shirt by Junya Watanabe has a great oversized fit and I love that it’s pure cotton so it’s super breathable.

When we arrived, I got a little too excited and although I applied plenty of SPF I still managed to get a little sunburn glow hihi. This facial oil by Sunday Riley is fantastic to keep hydrated and adds a wonderful glow.

This week I also came across this cute necklace by Roxanne First that is customised with Ibiza and I thought it would be fun for styling or if it’s just nice as a lovely little memento! Of course, they offer other countries too so hopefully you can find something fitting for your dream destination! Last but not least, I’d recommend this facial oil by Sunday Riley to keep your skin hydrated and gives you a lovely sunkissed glow.
